I want to use your music for a ____.
I’m generally ok with my music being used in non-commercial creative works as long as you give proper credit. You don’t need to get in touch with me if you’re not planning to monetize it. However, please be aware that this does not necessarily apply to everything, especially if it’s a cover or a collaboration where I do not own the original rights. I do not have a say in any copyright issues that may arise from cover songs and/or remixes.Please be aware that I do not consider "nightcore" ok.I’m a creator or represent one and have a business or collaboration idea!

If the Instrumental is available for streaming/Download then sure, for non-commercial use it's okay to use.However, if it is not, please send your inquiry to [email protected] OR check out my Patreon to see if the instrumental is available there. I am slowly transitioning back to using that platform to store files. I do not distribute Instrumentals that I do not have permission too, but I can redirect you to the source if applicable.What is your turn around time on Commissions?
It depends on the nature of the beast (i.e project details). Idealistically, I do not like to hold on to instrumentation work longer than a month. The same for vocals as well. But we can further discuss deadlines at the inquiry and progress stage.

Akihi is an independent music composer formally known as JYOKI.Akihi is notably recognized for covers pertaining to Touhou, MXTX, and even an English rendition of a TikTok cult classic known as "Shinunoga E-Wa". Born and raised between NJ and TX, Akihi discovered a love for music at an early age through the recreational format of video games. This, on top of drawing inspiration from classical, soul, jazz, and R&B, led them to embark on a musical journey that developed their ear for arrangements and original compositions.Offline, Akihi spends time entertaining their pet yorkie, discovering new tunes, and indulging in true crime and engineering mini documentaries on the web.Akihi's vocal style is characterized by a warm, slightly raspy timbre, with a comfortable mid-range and occasional ventures into higher pitches, indicative of a mezzo-soprano range.
